3A would preserve quality academics

Dear Editor:

As a student at Aspen High School I would like to urge Aspen residents to vote Yes on referendum 3A.

This referendum would allow for us to keep the quality education that many have worked so hard to create. Without the passing of 3A many of our school’s exceptional teachers and programs would be cut. Nearing the end of my high school career, it is my opinion that if 3A does not pass, our young community’s distinct identity would diminish, and the success that our amazing school system has had would slowly wash away.
