Aspen Times Weekly: Libations — Pumpkin Spice Martini

1 ½ oz. Stoli Vanilla Vodka

½ oz. Leopold’s Alpine Liqueur

½ oz. Kahlua

Spiced Pumpkin Puree

Cinnamon Whipped Cream

Combine liquid ingredients and puree in a mixing tin and shake vigorously. (The pumpkin puree is made with canned pumpkin, half and half, nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice; the cinnamon whipped cream is made in house.) Strain into a martini glass and garnish with cinnamon whipped cream.
