The Bloody Mary is a classic morning cocktail. It can be made countless ways, and come complete with all sorts of tasty garnishes. But I must say a side of Thug Yoga is a new one for me. What’s Thug Yoga, you ask? Created by yoga teacher Courtney Smith, Thug Yoga yoga was originally designed for snowboarder and skiers who were intimidated by or couldn’t afford traditional studios; it was an effort to help these athletes prevent/rehab injuries and improve their performance through yoga. Keeping with the laid-back vibe, you can now try Thug Yoga at the Sky Hotel pool deck on Saturdays at 10 a.m. — with a Bloody Mary by your mat. “What better way to practice yoga, than on our beautiful pool deck, with a drink in hand,” says Sky Hotel general manager Corey Enloe.
