During an impromptu “business meeting” at Jimmy’s Bodega, I ordered my standard — Jimmy’s Chile Paloma. But what my co-worker was sipping seemed even more enticing, and it was. The Dulce Caliente, with a perfect blend of tequila, lime and St. Germain (she ordered it light), is a smooth sipper with just the right bite of sweet, tart and tequila. The cucumber and jalapeno garnish were excellent additions, though next time I’ll throw in a few more jalapenos for an added kick. And there will be a next time …
