On the menu: smoked ribs, smoked Colorado bass, roasted veggies, quinoa salad, roasted potatoes with pancetta, sesame noodle slaw and sweet Hawaiian rolls. Pair it up with a signature WCD cocktail, or one off the hometown distillery’s new summer cocktail menu — like the refreshingly sweet Cheshire Cat — and your summer weekends will be off to a great start.
