The Longevity Project: How to maintain mobility, balance and athleticism throughout life
Presented by The Aspen Times and Glenwood Post Independent in partnership with Renew Senior Communities and TACAW
The Longevity Project is a twice-a-year, month-long effort to educate our readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life. The October event will focus on the importance of maintaining mobility, balance and strength throughout your life – yes, the use it or lose it principle applies – with plenty of tips to check where you are compared with where you would like to be.
About the panel:
Besides being athletes themselves, our panelists have the training, knowledge, and experience to help people active at every age. Whether you want to climb mountains, ski, or get in your daily steps, they’ll share the latest research and advice, as well as benchmarks, to keep you on the right track. If you want to get the most out of every decade, this talk is for you!
