Hotel Jerome, Auberge Resorts Collection hosts its second Salt & Sugar pastry event at 6 p.m. Jan. 24 at Felix Roasting Co. Building. Guests are invited to a culinary journey where the boundaries of pastry, flavor, and texture are pushed to new limits. In this interactive session, Chef Kunert redefines the art of dessert, merging the unexpected — sweet meets savory, solids meet liquids, and everything in between. Inventive cocktails complement each of Kunert’s creations.

“This is an experience that will excite and surprise even the most seasoned culinary connoisseurs,” according to the press release.

Tickets are $110. Reservations: exploretock.com/hotel-jerome/event/524726/salt-sugar-x-felix-roasting-co
