The Aspen Times
The holiday rush might be over but don’t think for a moment that Aspen’s dining scene has died down. In fact, our local chefs and bartenders are just hitting their stride. And in tasting what the town has to offer while putting together our EAT magazine, which will be on newsstands Jan. 10, we realized Aspen’s reputation for world-class cuisine and craft cocktails is well-deserved. In this installment of A Week in the Life, we invite you to savor the flavors in pictures and video (and then make a reservation).
