The holiday rush might be over but don’t think for a moment that Aspen’s dining scene has died down. In fact, our local chefs and bartenders are just hitting their stride. Chef Emily Oyer is set to take over Alpin Room in Snowmass
Next up for Oyer is taking over the kitchen at the refreshed on mountain fine dining establishment Alpin Room on Snowmass, which is set to reopen on Tuesday, December 12.
