Local student film to screen in Basalt

Basalt’s ongoing outdoor movie screening series will premiere a short film by a Colorado Mountain College student on Saturday night.

The two-minute “Untouchable Skin,” by Isaacson School for New Media scholar Thang Khan Sian Khai will debut at the Lions Park community screening at 7 p.m. before the feature presentation of the cult classic “The Rocky Horror Picture Show.”

Sian Khai graduated with an associate’s degree in new media from the Isaacson Shool and will continue studies there in the fall.
