Trump keeps burning bridges

Trump keeps burning bridges

The Aspen Daily News tells us on July 7 about Putin, Trump and a “sea of dispute.” Let’s count them. Trump’s unjustified concessions, Moscow’s interference in the U.S. elections, Putin’s expectations of Trump to ease restrictions, Russia’s war with Ukraine, FBI investigating Trump’s campaign with Russian connections, and a few more.

So, what did our worst president of all times focus on? He tried to get Putin to admit Russian interference in the 2016 election. Which, at this point, who cares. Did Trump tell Putin that Congress is pushing for more “sanctions”? Not at all. Trump was feeding Putin “softballs.”

So, by my count, Putin made a “pansy” out of our “prezy.” I bet there is some secret deal to go easy on Putin, for some nefarious reasons. It’s just impossible to trust this bankrupt real estate developer with anything important.

By the way, G-20 leaders “shut Trump out,” according to the Aspen Times on July 9. We have never had such bad rapport with our friends and allies.
