Times’ phones a changin’
The Aspen Times has a new phone system. The Times’ main number, (970) 925-3414, will not change, and the fax numbers will not change. The public will still be able to reach any employee by calling the main number and asking for him or her by name. A receptionist will still answer the phone during the day. However, all the employee extensions within the building will change. If you’re accustomed to contacting your favorite reporter or sales representative using their three-digit extension, you’ll have to learn a new five-digit extension. Each employee will also have a direct-dial line, so don’t be afraid to ask for the number. Please be patient with us if you encounter any problems reaching us.For a list of new staff extensions, click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of our homepage at aspentimes.com
