The Snowmass Wildcat Fire Protection District responded to the following calls from Aug. 26 to Sept. 1.

Aug. 26:

Medical call to 1 Snowmass Village Mall for a person who was choking. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Fire call to 90 Carriage Way, Capital Peak, Unit 3512, for a smell of gas. No odors were found.

Aug. 27:

Automatic fire alarm at 52 Commons Circle, Unit 104. The alarm was caused by shower steam.

Aug. 28:

Medical call to 400 Wood Road, the Crestwood Condominiums, for a person suffering from a possible stroke. The patient refused transportation and went to the hospital by private vehicle.

Medical call to intersection of Hawk Ridge Lane and Deerfield Drive for a bike accident. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Automatic fire alarm at 85 Baby Doe Lane. The alarm was caused by cleaning dust.

Automatic aid to Aspen Fire and Aspen Ambulance at the intersection of Owl Creek Road and Mandalay Lane for a rollover accident. The patient was evaluated and released to the Pitkin County Sheriff's Office.

Medical call to 300 Carriage Way for an intoxicated person. The patient was evaluated and left in a friend's care.

Fire call to 81 Fairway Drive for an odor investigation. The odor was coming from an idling diesel truck.

Aug. 29:

Automatic fire alarm at 70 Commons Circle, Unit 308. A cooking error activated a smoke detector.

Aug. 30:

Automatic fire alarm at 191 Meadow Road. The alarm was caused by construction dust.

Mutual aid to Aspen Ambulance at 400 S. Galena St. for a person suffering from a knee injury. Response was canceled en route.

Labor Day Festival standby.

Mutual aid to Aspen Ambulance at Harbour Lane under the Castle Creek Bridge for a person suffering from dehydration. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Mutual aid to Aspen Ambulance at 411 Hopkins Ave. Response was canceled en route.

Medical call to 40 Elbert Lane for an intoxicated person. One person was evaluated but not transported.

Aug. 31:

Medical call to 239 Snowmass Club Circle for a person who had fallen. The patient refused treatment and transportation to the hospital.

Labor Day Festival standby.

Medical call to the concert grounds for a person suffering from an allergic reaction. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Sept. 1:

Medical call to the concert site for a person suffering from a hand injury. The patient refused transportation to the hospital.
