Local man dies in rollover

SNOWMASS VILLAGE ” A former Snowmass Village man died Sunday evening when the Isuzu Trooper he was driving flipped on Owl Creek Road.
Hector Quezada, 33, was driving with three passengers toward Snowmass Village at 7 p.m., had just crossed the divide and was heading downhill when he apparently lost control of the vehicle and went off the road.
Despite rescue efforts, Quezada was pronounced dead shortly after arrival at Aspen Valley Hospital.
Two of the passengers ” Brandon Howard, 26, and Ryan Williams, 29, both of Snowmass Village ” were transported to AVH, treated and released.
A third passenger, Moses Mogollon, 33, also of Snowmass Village, was uninjured.
Quezada had been a longtime employee, along with Howard and Williams, at the Snowmass Conference Center, but recently moved to Glenwood Springs, according to police.
Mogollon works at the Mountain Dragon, a Chinese restaurant in town.
Snowmass Village Police are investigating the accident and expect results of a toxicology report and more information about the incident in coming days.
