Less gov’t, more music

Dear Editor:

Instead of shortening the Aspen Music Festival season, why not shorten the top-heavy bureaucracy of the city? Why do we need 30 people, each making over $85,000 a year, to run our little town?

If you shorten their salaries and reduce their time at their current position, it would be extremely beneficial to all of Aspen.

Imagine having more music and less government … what a wonderful world that would be.
