Aspen’s Alliance Earth entertains with a green theme

ASPEN – Alliance Earth will present an evening of environmental-oriented entertainment Sunday at the Library Plaza and in the Rio Grande Room in the old youth center. Alliance Earth is an Aspen-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to build a better understanding of the issues affecting the Earth.

The event will feature Heather Henson’s IBEX puppetry show, “A Celebration of Flight,” featuring Heather Morrow, followed by the film “Creating a Climate for Change,” which was a prize-winner at last month’s Film Festival of Colorado.

Also, there will be an auction for a selection of photographs by former Aspenite and New York Times photographer Jeffrey Barbee.
