A little help, please?

Dear Editor:We have been coming to Snowmass for ski vacations for many years and truly love the area. My family and I have always enjoyed the attention given to the public and the excellent customer service. However, we were very disappointed this year when we rode the new Snowmass gondola. None of the lift operators lifted a finger to help us load or unload our skis. We rode the gondola for an entire week, and this occurred every time. These lift operators stand there with their hands in their pockets while we struggle with our equipment. It is very difficult to load and unload eight people, including children, from this gondola without any assistance from the lift operators. We have ridden the Aspen Mountain gondola many times, and the lift operators there go out of their way to help everyone. We don’t understand why the same level of assistance is not present in Snowmass.I am writing in the hope that the Aspen Skiing Co. can get the message across to lift operators at the Snowmass gondola. Everyone needs to be on the same page as far as customer assistance is concerned. Laura CroceDenver
