Basalt Fire Department calls

Editor’s note: The following are the fire and medical calls the Basalt Fire Department responded to between Jan. 10 and Monday.

Jan. 10 at 11:30 a.m. — Responded to a medical emergency on Frying Pan Road. No transport was necessary.

Jan 13 at 1:40 p.m. — Responded to a motor-vehicle accident on Midland Avenue with injuries. One patient was taken to Valley View Hospital for evaluation.

Jan. 13 at 4:15 p.m. — Responded to Highway 82 for a motor-vehicle accident with injuries. One patient was taken to Aspen Valley Hospital for evaluation.

Jan. 14 at 11:02 a.m. — Responded to a carbon monoxide alarm at a residence on Kestrel Court. No hazards were found. Batteries were changed for the homeowner.

Jan. 14 at 12:14 p.m. — Responded to a medical emergency at a residence on Southside Drive. No transport was necessary.

Jan. 14 at 7:57 p.m. — Responded to a medical emergency at a residence on Upper Cattle Creek Road. One patient was taken to Valley View Hospital for evaluation.

Jan. 15 at 10:10 a.m. — Responded to a medical emergency at a residence at Mcgaughlin Lane. No transport was necessary.

Jan. 15 at 10:53 a.m. — Responded to a building on Eagle County Drive for a fire alarm. It was discovered that the alarm was pulled accidentally.

Jan. 15 at 1:18 p.m. — Responded to a medical emergency at a residence on Willits Lane. No transport was necessary.

Jan. 16 at 1:01 p.m. — A patient came to the El Jebel fire station with a medical issue and was taken to Valley View Hospital for evaluation.

Jan. 17 at 6:19 p.m. — Responded to Midland Avenue for a medical emergency. No transport was necessary.

Saturday at 7:01 p.m. — Responded to a medical emergency at a residence on Gillespie Drive. No transport was necessary.

Sunday at 4:12 p.m. — Responded to a motor-vehicle accident on Highway 82. No one was injured.

Sunday at 5:25 p.m. — Responded to a carbon monoxide alarm at a residence on Buckskin Drive. No hazards were found. The alarm had to be replaced.

Monday at 6 a.m. — Responded to a medical emergency on Highway 82. One patient was taken to Aspen Valley Hospital for evaluation.

Monday at 9:32 a.m. — Responded to a medical emergency at a residence on Deer Run. One patient was taken to Valley View Hospital for evaluation.
