City seeks public input on Lindsay Parcel Open Space
The city of Aspen and Pitkin County recently purchased 7 acres of land called the Lindsay Parcel. The land is adjacent to Smuggler Mountain Open Space and directly between the Lani White Trail and the Hunter Creek/Vereena Mallory Trail.

Personal finance discussion on Thursday
The Aspen Young Professionals Association will hold a discussion on personal finance from 6 to 8 Thursday at Aspen Club & Spa. The discussion is free to association members and $15 for non-members.
The discussion will center around retirement planning, buying a first home, taxes and the Affordable Care Act, among other topics.
Speakers will include Jonathan Feldman from Community Banks of Colorado; Steve Sand, certified public accountant; Simon Dogbe from Northwestern Mutual Investment Services; and Mark Devlin from Devlin Financial Services. Food and beverages will be provided.
