Auberge Resorts founder and Managing Partner Mark Harmon will discuss the guest experience in his keynote address at the 2014 Aspen/Snowmass State of the Real Estate and Tourism Economy Symposium, set for 3:30 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, at the Doerr-Hosier Center at Aspen Meadows.
The symposium, now it its sixth year and hosted by BJ Adams and Co., will begin with a welcome address by company founder BJ Adams, followed by an overview of current real estate trends and forecasts by company President Michael Adams. Longtime local appraiser Randy Gold, a partner in Aspen Appraisal Group, will also discuss data and talk about the overall upper-valley real estate market, highlighting the luxury and commercial real estate landscape in Aspen.
Harmon’s keynote address will focus on the demands and expectations of today’s resort guests.
Harmon founded Auberge Resorts, which runs the Hotel Jerome and will manage the future Aspen Club residences in Aspen. Auberge also runs properties in Napa Valley, Telluride, Los Cabos (Mexico) and Bend (Oregon), among others.
