Aspen Skiing Co. has announced its pass prices for the upcoming ski and snowboard season. Passes go on sale Monday.
The Premier Pass, which offers unlimited skiing/riding on all four mountains with no blackout dates, costs $1,699 when purchased by Sept. 12. The Premier Chamber Pass for area businesses is $1,229 when bought by the early date. The Premier Pass is also available at senior (65 to 69), teen (13 to 17), child (7 to 12) and silver (70-plus) rates. Children six and under ski for free.
Skico also announced that the Premier Pass will include more than $1,000 in added benefits such as 50 percent off tickets at the Mountain Collective resorts of AltaSnowbird in Utah, Jackson Hole in Wyoming, Mammoth, Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows in California and Whistler Blackcomb in British Columbia.
The Double Flex Pass and Flex Pass cost $1,369 and $929, respectively, when bought by Sept. 12. The Double Flex offers two days of skiing/riding each week of the winter season (21 weeks), and the Flex Pass offers one day each week on all four mountains plus the flexibility to add days anytime for 50 percent off the one-day, in-resort rate.
The Escape Silver Pass will be available for those aged 70 and over for $239, offering pay-as-you-go access with direct-to-lift options to all four Aspen Snowmass mountains for just $25 per day. The pass also provides discounts on summer lift access.
