Editor’s note: The following is a recap of arrests the Aspen Police Department made from June 13 through Wednesday. The arrests do not reflect an indictment or disposition in any case.

June 13 — Police responded to a report of assault in the West End. Miranda Bertholet, 23, of Snowmass Village, was arrested, transported to the Pitkin County Jail and charged with simple assault and domestic violence.

June 13 — Theodore Krest, 71, of Basalt, was arrested and issued a Pitkin County Court summons on suspicion of criminal mischief ($500 to $1,000). The arrest stemmed from a June 10 report involving a car.

Saturday — Police responded to a report of a suspicious male wandering around the residential core. Daniel Garcia, 27, of Glenwood Springs, was arrested, transported to the Pitkin County Jail and charged with trespassing on a motor vehicle.

Saturday ­— Police contacted Paul Molak, 45, of Aspen, after witnessing inappropriate behavior. Molak was arrested and issued a Pitkin County Court summons on suspicion of intoxicated pedestrian on the highway.

Monday — Police responded to a report of shoplifting at City Market. Joana Green, 74, of Basalt, was arrested and issued an Aspen Municipal Court summons on suspicion of shoplifting.

Wednesday — Police stopped Clayton Day, 62, of Aspen, after witnessing a traffic violation. Day was arrested, taken to the Pitkin County Jail and charged with DUI, DUI per se and traffic-control-device violation.
