Aspen Business Luncheon and the American Renewable Energy Institute will present a conversation this week on how to spark opportunities for clean energy and local sustainable food production through certain technologies.
The luncheon is set for 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the Mountain Chalet, 333 E. Durant Ave., on the top floor. The conversation will feature David Blume of Blume Distillation technology and institute founder and CEO Chip Comins.
The event is designed “to shed light on accelerating solutions to the pressing problems of economic and environmental resilience and sustainability in face of an increasingly carbon-constrained and warming world,” an institute news release says.
Cost is $40, cash or check, and lunch will be provided.
