Aspen and Telluride talent hit the catwalk on March 29 for a fundraising event at Belly Up. For the third installment of the Aspen AIDS Benefit, locals from both ski towns shared the stage and had a grand time for a great cause. The 21-years-strong Telluride AIDS Benefit spawned the Aspen edition, produced by Ramona Bruland and Katy Parnello with choreographer Amanda Carlson. The all-volunteer cast invested weeks of training for the fashion extravaganza that blended infectious beats, highly choreographed dance moves and donated fashions. Since its inception in 1994, Telluride AIDS Benefit has donated more than $1.8 million to charity. Proceeds from both events are directed to five AIDS advocacy beneficiaries in Colorado and Africa.
