Justice Snow’s is ringing in the holiday season with an eclectic mix of performing arts at its Holiday Salon on Sunday. The acclaimed series presents another diverse lineup of talented artists delivering music, dance, photography, film and virtual reality.

The event is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. Tickets are $25 each and can be purchased online. Patrons also can call 970-429-8192 to reserve seats. Only 50 tickets will be sold.

Renowned composer and salon curator Andrea Clearfield and performance artist Alya Howe each selected individual performers or groups to showcase their talents.

The Salon is an award-winning performance series based in Philadelphia and modeled after the 19th Century European salons. Founded in 1986 by composer and Aspen Music Festival and School alumna Clearfield, these events feature a broad spectrum of artistic performance, including all types of music, spoken word, dance and multimedia works. Many of the pieces and ensembles are experimental and created specifically to suit the intimate atmosphere in Aspen.

“The salons are always filled with a wonderful community spirit and this particular program features artists working in diverse styles of music, photography, movement, film and virtual reality, sure to connect, energize and inspire,” Clearfield said in an announcement.

Sunday’s program will feature:

• Singer-songwriter Steve Koch.

• New Mexico singer-songwriter and Storyteller Burton Jespersen.

• Local roots rock band Let Them Roar.

• Photographer Rob Martin’s “Thinking through Art: Tools for My Survival.”

• Filmmaker Hamilton Pevec’s “Documenting Disaster, A Creative Evolution” about the 2015 Nepal Earthquake.

• Virtual reality artist Kyle Piorkowski’s Liquid Light Project.

Chef Jonathan Leichliter will serve hors d’oeuvres, and a complimentary glass of wine or beer is included in the ticket price.
