Fire Calls, Feb. 1-10

SNOWMASS VILLAGE - The Snowmass-Wildcat Fire Protection District responded to the following 911 calls between Feb. 1 and 10. February 1:• Medical call to the Gallun Lane Ski Patrol pickup point for a person suffering from an altered level of consciousness and a head injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Medical call to the Stonebridge Inn lobby for a person complaining of difficulty breathing. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. February 2:• Medical call to 624 Deerfield Drive for a person suffering from chest pain. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Medical call to 105 Daly Lane the Snowmass Clinic for a person suffering from shortness of breath. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Medical call to 1111 Hawk Ridge Lane for a person who had fainted. The patient refused ambulance transportation to Aspen Valley Hospital and went by private vehicle instead.• Medical call to the Two Creeks Ski Patrol pickup point for a person suffering from a head injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Medical call to 105 Daly Lane the Snowmass Clinic for a person suffering from a hip injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Medical call to 105 Daly Lane the Snowmass Clinic for a person suffering from an arm injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Medical call to the RFTA bus stop at the Mall for a person suffering from a leg injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Mutual aid to Aspen Ambulance at 305 South Mill Street for a person suffering from a head injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. February 3:• Medical call to the Gallun Lane Ski Patrol pickup point for a person who had hit a tree and was suffering from an altered level of consciousness, facial trauma, upper arm injuries, and upper leg injuries. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Medical call to Base Village at the Gondola for a person suffering from neck, back pain, and difficulty breathing. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Medical call to the Pokolodi Lodge near the pool for a person feeling dizzy. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Automatic fire alarm at 41 Forest Lane. The cause of the alarm was smoke from a fireplace.February 4:• Medical call to 105 Daly Lane for a person suffering from abdominal pain. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Medical call to Timbers Ski Patrol pickup point for a person suffering from a head injury. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital and the trauma team was activated.• Medical call to 105 Daly Lane for a person suffering from a wrist injury. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Fire call to 294 Snowmass Club Circle Unit #1108 for a report of an odor of gas. Nothing was found.• Standby for Aspen Ambulance• Medical call to 3700 Owl Creek Road for an auto accident. No one was injured. We assisted the Police Department with traffic control. • Mutual aid to Aspen Ambulance at 311 West Main Street in Aspen for an auto accident. The patient refused treatment and transportation to Aspen Valley Hospital.February 7:• Medical call to 165 Daly Lane, the Ski Patrol pickup point, for a person suffering from a head injury. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Medical call to 198 Gallun Lane the Ski Patrol pickup point for a person suffering from back pain. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Medical call to 198 Gallun Lane the Ski Patrol pickup point for a person suffering from a head injury. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Automatic fire alarm at 400 Wood Road the Crestwood Condos. The cause of the alarm was a cooking error.• Automatic fire alarm at 27 Timber Ridge Lane. The cause of the alarm was a cooking error.• Medical call to 5115 Owl Creek Road Unit #22 for a child vomiting blood. The parents refused treatment and transportation to Aspen Valley Hospital.February 8:• Automatic fire alarm at Crestwood Condo's Unit #3108. The cause of the alarm was a cooking error.• Automatic fire alarm at the Treehouse Room #220. The cause of the alarm was steam from the kitchen.• Automatic fire alarm at 1001 Divide Road the Ski Company Maintenance Building. The cause of the alarm was a system malfunction. We called property management and the Security Company to advise them of the problems.• Automatic fire alarm at 406 Streamside Court. The cause of the alarm was a system malfunction. There were no signs of smoke or fire. • Medical call to 425 Wood Road, Wood Run Place Unit #48 for a person not feeling well. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. February 9:• Medical call to Gene Taylors on the Mall for a person not feeling well. One person was evaluated and refused treatment and transportation to Aspen Valley Hospital.• Mutual aid to Aspen Ambulance at Highway 82 & Brush Creek Road for a two-car accident. The patient refused treatment and transportation to Aspen Valley Hospital.February 10:• Medical call to Snowmass Clinic for a person suffering from a broken arm. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Medical call to Snowmass Clinic for a person suffering from a lower leg fracture. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Medical call to the Gallun Lane Ski Patrol pickup point for a person suffering from an altered level of consciousness do to a head injury. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital. • Automatic fire alarm at 52 Commons Circle Unit #103. The cause of the alarm was a cooking error.February 11:• Medical call to 105 Daly Lane the Snowmass Clinic for a person suffering from shoulder and leg injuries.
