Get a free binding check during Safety Week

SNOWMASS VILLAGE - Aspen/Snowmass will offer various demonstrations and events in the spirit of National Ski Areas Association Safety Week, Jan. 19 through 27, according to a statement.

On Snowmass, those will include free binding checks and helmet demonstrations at Four Mountain Sports on the Mall, a safety tent at the top of Elk Camp Gondola, and a beacon park on Fanny Hill. There will also be hourly meet-and-greets at Little Makaha from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Jan. 23 and free hot dogs at the Elk Camp Patrol Station from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Jan. 24.

Guests who make a stop at the safety tent will be offered a free run on the NASTAR course.
