Fire calls, Oct. 29 - Nov. 4

SNOWMASS VILLAGE - The Snowmass-Wildcat Fire Protection District responded to the following 911 calls between Oct. 29 and Nov. 4.

October 29:

• Medical call to 2835 Brush Creek Road the Snowmass Recreation Center for a person suffering from a severe nose bleed. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

• Automatic fire alarm to 26 Club Commons Circle Unit #306. It was determined that a cooking error had activated a smoke detector.

• Automatic fire alarm to 35 Lower Woodbridge the Seasons Four Condominiums Unit #K139. It was determined that a cooking error had activated a smoke detector.

October 30:

• Automatic fire alarm to 400 Wood Rd. It was determined that a smoke detector had been knocked off the ceiling by construction activating the system.

November 2:

• Automatic fire alarm to 229 Faraway Road the Ridge Condos. It was determined that a system malfunction was the cause of the alarm.

• Automatic fire alarm to 630 Two Creek Drive. It was determined that a system malfunction was the cause of the alarm.

• Mutual Aid to Aspen Fire for a call to 1000 Little Woody Road for a truck rollover involving two patients.

November 3:

• Automatic fire alarm at 45 Wood Road, Building 7. It was determined that overspray from painters painting had set off a smoke detector.

• Medical call to Tasters Pizza for a person suffering from a seizure. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital

• Fire Call to 601 Two Creeks Drive for an odor investigation. No hazardous odors were detected.

November 4:

• Automatic fire alarm at 1668 Wood Road. It was determined that a system malfunction was the cause of the alarm.

• Automatic fire alarm at 35 Lower Woodbridge Road Unit #159. It was determined that a cooking error activated a smoke detector

• Automatic fire alarm at 1668 Wood Road It was determined that a system malfunction was the cause of the alarm. The alarm system was taken off line.

• Medical call to the Club Commons parking lot for a rollover accident that happened two hours prior. One person was evaluated for injuries and they refused transportation to the hospital.
