Charles Reynolds Bartlett of Basalt passed peacefully at home on Dec. 5 after a long battle with cancer. His family and friends were with him.

He was born in 1954 to parents Letitia Woodward and John Kemp Bartlett III. Charlie is survived by his beloved children, Joshua and Jessica; grandchildren Angel and Ashlin-Rose; his mother, Tish; and by devoted sisters Letitia, Katharine and Lucy.

Friends and family are invited to attend the memorial service on Saturday, Jan. 14 at noon at Basalt Community United Methodist Church, 0167 Holland Hills Road. A reception will follow.
