Vote no on instant runoff voting, question 2A.
I am a computer scientist with experience analyzing complex algorithms. The IRV algorithm does not produce reasonable or fair election results. The complexity of the IRV algorithm hides the fact that it has unintended consequences. Voting for your candidate can actually harm his chances of winning! This is not the way elections are expected to work.
