ASPEN — Aspen's first pot shop is apparently open for business.
An un-named company opened Monday in the garden level of Fat City Plaza, 520 E. Cooper Ave.
The company intends to provide the Aspen community with safe access to medical marijuana, artisan-crafted herbal tinctures and edibles, homeopathic and essential oils and herbs, nutrient-based vitamin and mineral supplements, teas and lotions, and a full range of branded product merchandise.
The operators plan to offer access to health-related services such as nutrition counseling, addiction counseling, acupuncture, massage therapy and yoga.
The dispensary will be seeing patients and providing assistance on becoming a medical marijuana patient. Services are offered by appointment only through Labor Day. After that, the doors should be open for regular business hours. Until then, call 970-315-2283 to set up an appointment.
