Dear Editor:
I would like to take the time to publicly thank the Aspen Club and Spa for offering non-members charity-based classes every day during the off-season so that I could experience the healing powers of yoga while donating to a local charity. That in itself, has made me, and other non-members, feel forever grateful for the clubs efforts to provide for the whole community, regardless of income. And, that says a lot about the Clubs mission as well.
For one, I have met some of the nicest people in the valley to date, and the instructors are phenomenal in their efforts to open the hearts and hips of members and non-members alike. I would like to publicly thank Cortney, Trishka, Juliana, River, Anne and Jaqueline for all their unconditional love for those who dedicate their mornings to yoga in hopes of realizing the integrity that comes with daily practice.
Again, I am so thankful for all the kind people I have met and I hope that I can continue to be a part of connecting yoga practice and giving back to the community in the future. Thank you, club members, for making space for me each day that I arrived to expand my physical body and calm the mind. I am forever grateful! Namaste.
