We wanted to express our gratitude to everyone involved in our incredible event last weekend. The inaugural 12 Hours of Snowmass Mountain Bike Race was a huge success. Our event was a fundraiser for both the Aspen Youth Center and Extreme Sports Camp for autistic athletes.
Local and pro mountain bikers alike came out in support. The town of Snowmass Village, Aspen Skiing Co., Mountain Rangers and countless volunteers gave us everything we needed to make the event possible. Our new friend Nat Ross created an amazing course on Snowmass Mountain with the start/finish area right on Fanny Hill so the community could easily come out and spectate … and spectate they did as everyone was excited to catch a glimpse of one of our newest locals, Lance Armstrong, who was also a member of Team Livestrong with Max Tamm and Len Zanni. With the glorious weather and fabulous turnout it certainly was a Colorado bluebird day.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped us out in any way, we are truly blessed and grateful.
