ASPEN Geothermal energy and its potential in Aspen will be the subject of a public discussion Thursday at 5 p.m. in Aspen City Hall.
Officials from the city of Aspen will provide an overview of their geothermal energy pursuits in town. Afterward, geothermal expert Chuck Kezar will appear in a live webcast to discuss Icelands transition to a sustainable energy economy, and the potential for America to do the same thing.
