ASPEN Daniel Alejanro Rave-Munoz, 21, of Colombia, was arrested Friday night after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend at the Hyatt Grand Aspen.
Munoz, reportedly in the country illegally, was charged with four felonies: burglary, menacing, false imprisonment and criminal trespass; he also faces misdemeanor assault, trespassing and domestic violence charges.
He was charged with two separate trespassing charges because he allegedly went into someones room in addition to his own and because he allegedly returned to the hotel after he had been asked to leave, according to police. He was being held without bond.
