Dear Editor:
This is a follow up to the ICE raid incident that occurred last week (“ICE, FBI raid Aspen home,” May 3). As a neighbor, I was quoted in an Aspen Times article regarding the ICE raid as saying “It’s a slum house.” Every day since the raid the landlord has been on a mission to clean up the house. He understands our concerns in the neighborhood and I believe he will be a great neighbor in the future. If there is one positive that has come out of the ICE raid, it is that our neighborhood is going to be safer and cleaner. Thanks Don.
