A new world order

Print Comment
Dear Editor:
Over the last 6,000 years of recorded history, humans have been evolving intellectually, spiritually and technologically. Civilizations have come and gone, and wars, the dark ages, repression, corruption and suffering, have all been a part of this evolvement.
The generations of the next 100,000 years of this planet will look back on this tiny 6,000-year cycle as an example of how not to live. The wars, suffering and repression will be a thing of the past.
Humans will move beyond these times to live in harmony and love with true justice in a divine civilization. War will be a thing of the past as well as religious strife, prejudices, economic barriers, class distinctions and gross accumulation of ownership.
We are now at the threshold of the promised Kingdom of God on Earth. Our planet is going through the final birthing pains of this promised day.
The religious confusion, which is prevalent, and the catastrophic events which are unfolding before us now, is a great time in history which seers and prophets of the past have all foretold of (see nostradamusprophecy.org).
The word "religion" comes from the Latin word "religio," which means to bind together or unify. Since all of the great religions of the world have the same root, we are therefore all in the same family tree. So what's all the fighting about?
"Soon will the present day order be rolled up, and a new one spread out in its stead." - Baha'u'llah
