Recently the Historical Society staff held an all-day retreat on the top floor of our new fire station downtown. It is a fabulous space that allows all to enjoy the “roof story” of modern Aspen's journey. We are grateful for the opportunity to use the space and for everything our Volunteer Fire Department provides for the community.

If you have not visited the AVFD mini-exhibit that gives tribute to the courage and dedication of our fire-fighting troops you need to make it a destination — give yourself a present and stop by the fire station to learn and enjoy.
